除虫菊素的光稳定性 被引量:1

摘要 为了解除虫菊素的光稳定性,采用气相色谱内标法定量测定了除虫菊素原药和5%除虫菊素丙酮液薄膜在太阳光和紫外光照射下的分解率。结果表明:除虫菊素原药在紫外光下照射480min后的分解率为33.14%,在太阳光下照射20d后分解率为49.54%;5%除虫菊素丙酮液薄膜在紫外光下照射120min分解率即达98.36%,在太阳光下照射5d达93.43%。结论:除虫菊素以原药形式贮存比较理想。 The decomposition rate of pyrethrins TC and 5% pyrethrins in acetone solution film exposed to sunlight and UV irradiation light were studied to explore the light stability of pyrethrins.It was found that decomposition rate of pyrethrins TC exposed to UV irradiation light for 480 minutes was 33.14%.And was 49.54% when exposed to sunlight for 20 days.Decomposition rates of 5% pyrethrins in acetone solution film were 98.36% and 93.43% when exposed to UV irradiation light for 120 minutes and sunlight for 5 days respectively.
