摘要
试验以筛选超声提取熟地黄总抗氧化物质的最佳工艺为目的,采用FRAP法测定总抗氧化物质的抗氧化能力,并以其为评价指标,通过正交设计,优化超声提取工艺。结果表明:提取因素的影响程度为超声时间>提取温度>料液比,最佳提取工艺是在提取温度为50℃的条件下,用20倍量的水超声提取50min。熟地黄总抗氧化物质的抗氧化能力值为1.197mmol/g。
With the pupose of screening optimum extraction technology,the total antioxidant capacity value was assayed by FRAP.The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technology of total antioxidant compounds.The results shnowed that ultrasonic time extraction temperature solid-liquid ratio.The optimal extraction was on the condition of 50℃,20-fold of water,ultrasound extraction for 50 min,Under the optimal conditions,the total antioxidant capacity value of R.rehmanniae preparata was 1.197 mmol/g.
