人字草抗炎活性部位的筛选

Study on the Anti-inflammatory Active Fraction of Renzicao

目的:从人字草的4个化学提取部位中筛选出抗炎活性部位。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型观察人字草各部位抗炎作用。结果:人字草乙酸乙酯部位高低剂量均能明显减轻小鼠耳肿胀,显示良好的抗炎作用。结论:人字草乙酸乙酯部位具有明显的抗炎作用,为人字草的抗炎活性部位。

Objective： To search anti-inflammatory active fraction of Renzicao.Methods： With Aspirin as positive control,the influences of different extraction fractions of Renzicao were investigated by the method of mice acute ear swelling model.Results： The experimental results showed that only the ethyl acetate fraction had a significant anti-inflammatory effect.Conclusion： The ethyl acetate fraction of Renzicao had certain anti-inflammatory effect.
