运用耗散结构论,选取出院人数、治愈好转率、病床使用率、重危抢救成功率、医疗收入占总收入比例、病人满意度等医疗容量指标、治疗质量、经济指标、社会指标,在国内首创性地模拟出临床科室的熵变函数,辅以工作效率综合评价指数对临床科室单元进行综合评价,目的在于探索一套医院临床科室的科学评价体系,为管理决策层提供持续发展的科学依据。
