On the Socialist Market Economy Compatible with the Owner Status of Workers in Enterpriese

社会主义市场经济必然要求劳动力商品化 ,而劳动者作为劳动力商品出卖者与社会主义企业主人翁的双重身份似乎难以相容。社会主义公有制为基础的现代企业对主人翁地位的内涵予以了重新界定。社会主义市场经济与劳动者主人翁地位的相容性 ,主要体现在劳动者可以根据特长选择职业 ,可以确定个人奋斗目标 ;拓宽财路 。

Labour force has to be regarded as commodity under the socialist market economy, but this is contrary to the owner status of workers in enterprises. In this article, concepts of the owner status of workers in modern socialist enterprises are restated, and thoughts and activities of workers under the planning economy are analysed.From job choice, person's goal,getting more money and managment on the basis of worker's know-how, socialist market economy compatible with the owner status of workers in enterprises is deduced.
