摘要
通过对单辊双摇杆纠偏机构的分析,推导了纠偏辊面上任意点的坐标的计算公式,确定了单辊双摇杆纠偏辊摆动量与纠偏量之间的关系,进而得到了控制纠偏的液压缸行程的计算方法,为纠偏辊的设计及生产控制提供了一定的依据。
According to the analysis result of the single steering roller with double-rocker mechanism, the calculation formula for the random point coordinate on the surface of steering roller is derived, then the relation-ship between swing size and steering size of the steering roller is defined, and the algorithm for controlling the stroke of steering hvdraulic cylinder is obtained. It can provide a basis for desizn and control of steerinz roller.
