高校国有资产管理起步较晚 ,国有资产流失的现象十分严重 ,流失的原因和渠道多种多样。由于资产流失造成国家财产的损失 ,必须多管齐下 ,采取果断措施 ,加强管理 ,提高认识 ,明确国有资产管理的指导思想 ;强化国有资产管理的基础工作 ;全方位管理投资资产 ,严格执行《会计法》;强化国有资产监管 ,建立一支高素质的队伍 。

It is late to begin managing state assets in colleges and universities. The phenomenon of the loss of state assets is very serious. The ways of the loss are various . The causes are mainly in lacking enough realization and strict systems to the management, not classifying clearly property rights, not controlling supervision and management of finance and so on. In order to prevent state assets from losing, the measures must be taken inmediately and variously by strengthening the supervision and the management, enhancing the realization, making certain of the instructiver thoughts, improing the basic works, enforimg strictly the law of accountant, establishing a high qulified team.
