高中信息技术教师高效培训的设计——以省培计划为例 被引量:1

摘要 通过对参加"省培计划(2011年)—校本研修骨干引领者省级培训项目"的38名高中信息技术教师的调查,对陕西省高中信息技术课程实施的具体情况及信息技术教师的培训需求做了全面了解,并针对高中信息技术课程的特点,设计了一套系统的培训模式,同时给出了有关高中信息技术学科及其教师发展、高校服务基础教育等方面的一些建议。 We conducted a survey among 38 senior high school information technology teachers participating in the School-based Research Backbone Leaders Provincial Training Program of the Provincial Training Project (2011 year) and made a comprehensive understanding of implementation of the information technology curriculum in high schools of Shaanxi Province and the teachers' training needs. Then according to the characteristics of high school information technology curriculum, we designed a systematic training model. The paper makes some suggestions on the development of relevant high school information technology subject and its teachers as well as university's services for basic education.
