摘要 以济三煤矿矿井涌水井下直接处理工艺为例,介绍了为该水处理工艺配套的自控系统构成及硬件配置,并详细说明了其PLC程序和上位机程序的开发过程。该系统经过半年多的运行表明,能够满足水处理工艺自动控制的要求,具有可靠性高、操作简单、维修方便等特点,同时提高了工作效率,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。 As a case of direct processing of mine hydraulic discharge underground at Jining No.3 coal mine, the structures of automatic control and hardware configuration have been presented, and the developing procedures about the software programs of PLC and upper computer have been described in detail. The running practices over half a year show that the system can meet the demand of automatic control for the technology of water treatment, and have a lot of advantages involving high stability, simple operation, convenient maintenance, etc. The system also can improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity of operators.
