高等学校应把音乐教育纳入素质教育范畴

Music Education Should Be Fitted into Quality Education in Higher Educational Institutions

素质教育包括德、智、体、美等各方面的教育。音乐是美育的重要组成部分 ,因而音乐教育是实施素质教育的基本环节和手段 ,音乐教育理应归入素质教育的范畴。之如此 ,这更与音乐教育本身的根本性质及所起作用密切相关。高等学校把音乐教育归入素质教育范畴 ,必须积极实施音乐教育 ,掌握一些操作方法 ,处理好多方面的关系 。

Quality education includes that of morality, intelligence,P.E,aesthetics etc.Music is an important part of aesthetics, which makes music education basic link and means of quality education into which music education should be incorporated,which relates more to its essential natures and functions. So higher educational institutions should practise music education actively to promote quality education by mastering some operating techniques and handling well relations of aspects.
