The main causes of the weakness of our country's research and development(R&D) on enterprises are as follows:lack of the necessity of R&D,difficulty in surpassing the barrier of R&D activity and continuous shrinkage of the source of R&D funds in enterprises.In order to get rid of the present awkward situation of R&D in enterprises,we should strengthen the unification of energetic enterprises,set up a union of R&D on them and increase government's investment degree of R&D on them.
