CT引导下放射性^(125)I粒子植入近距离治疗恶性肿瘤44例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 44 Patients Under CT-guided Implantation of Brachy Therapy with Radioactive ^(125)I Seed for Treating Malignant Tumor

目的探索CT引导下放射性125I粒子植入近距离治疗恶性肿瘤的效果。方法回顾性分析44例行CT引导下放射性125I粒子植入治疗的患者,均为因各种原因不能手术或术中不能切除的恶性肿瘤患者。利用三维治疗计划系统(3D-TPS)精确制定等剂量曲线,在CT引导下根据治疗计划将125I粒子植入到预定位置。比较术后患者肿瘤大小、生活质量以及不良反应。结果 6个月后CT复查,44例患者病灶完全缓解(CR)22例,部分缓解(PR)13例,无效变(NC)7例,进展(PD)2例,总有效率为79.6%。结论 CT引导下放射性125I粒子植入近距离治疗恶性肿瘤具有创伤小、不良反应少、安全性高、疗效好等特点。

Objective To explore the effect under CT-guided implantation of brachy therapy with radioactive 125Ⅰ seed for treating malignant tumor. Methods From March 2010 to October 2011,44 patients with malignant tumor were selected for this study. Using three dimensional-therapy planning system （3D-TPS）to accurately formulate isodose curve, 125Ⅰ seeds were implanted into predetermined position under CT-guided approach in operation. After operation, analysis was car ried out with the treatment of the patients. Results Six month after the operation,with the reexamination of CT,lesions of 34 patients were complete remission or partial remission. Among 44 patients, the overall response （ CR ＋ PR ） rate was 77.3%. Conclusion Brachy therapy of radioactive 125Ⅰ seed is a good treatment with a low rate of complications.
