经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折不愈合 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCFs)不愈合的疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年4月～2010年1月40例(42椎)接受PVP治疗的OVCFs不愈合患者的临床资料,分别通过术前、术后3天及末次随访时的疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)、椎体前后缘高度比值(Beck值)和脊柱后凸畸形Cobb角的比较来评估手术疗效。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术。随访8～36个月,平均20.8个月;术前VAS评分由术前8.7±1.5降低至2.3±0.9;Beck值由术前28.7±6.7升高至73.4±5.2;Cobb角由术前27.4°±2.4°改善至12.4°±1.9°,各观察指标手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PVP治疗OVCFs不愈合能有效缓解疼痛,临床疗效满意。
