摘要
小麦是世界主要粮食作物,遗传转化技术迅速发展为小麦遗传育种奠定了技术支撑.概述了基因枪方法的研究现状,重点综述了基因枪方法在小麦增产、品质改良、抗病虫、抗逆性等方面的最新应用,并探讨了小麦分子育种存在的主要问题和展望.
As the main source of world foodstuff, wheat genetic breeding has received much tecnmcai support following the rapid development of genetic transformation technology. Progress of particle bombardment was summarized. And especially the new application of particle bombardment on quality and grain yield, disease and insect resistance, abiotic stress tolerance were researched. Furthermore, the main existing problems and the development direction of wheat molecular breeding were also discussed.
