多重视角下城市社区养老模式的实践与思考——基于浙江省宁波市南门街道的案例研究

Practice and Reflection on Urban Community Pension Model from Multiple Perspectives——Basis on the Case Studies of Nanmen Dristrict in Ningbo City of Zhejiang Province

从资源提供、传递和获取视角、结构-功能理论视角、需要层次理论视角透视城市社区养老模式,发现社区居家养老作为一种新型养老模式在转型中的中国社会养老格局中具备一定的优势,但在实际运行中仍然存在诸多难点和问题,为此,需要从完善多元化筹资机制、丰富社区养老服务内容、健全居家养老相关制度、提升养老服务专业化水平等方面进行路径突破。

From the perspectives of resources provision, delivery and acquisition,the perspectives of structure-function theory,and the perspective of hierarchy of needs theory to see the pension model of urban communities, we found that community home care as a new pension model in Chinese transition structure of social pension has its advantage in nowadays,but also exist much problems and we should improve the divers ification of funding mechanisms,enrich pension make eldly home care system perfect and enhance pension services profession difficulties in actual operation, so we should improve the diversification of funding mechaniSms;enrich pension services in the urban commnity,
