通过对我国民办高校投资环境的预测,全面地分析了影响我国民办高等教育发展的内外部环境变化趋势,为民办高等教育发展政策的制定和民办高校投资决策提供依据。利用定性与定量相结合的预测分析技术,对我国民办高等教育发展的宏观经济环境、政策环境、生源状况进行预测分析,根据我国民办高等教育发展环境的变化趋势,提出了优化投资政策环境、加强内涵建设、构建投资风险防控体系等对策措施。

This paper is based on the forcasting analysis of our pricate universities' investment encironment,to completely know well about the internal and external environment change trend of Chinese private higher education developmen.In accordance with the forcasting analysis,providing policies for private higher education development and decisions for private college investment.Then combing the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis to forcast the Macro Economic Environment,Policy environment and Matriculate status of Private higher education.Then we put forward countermeasures for our private universities' investment based on its trend of the development environment.
