外派管理人员领导力对跨国公司组织创新的影响机制:一个理论框架

摘要 国际经历成为外派管理人员形成全球领导力的有效途径。外派管理人员领导力属于变革型领导力。构建理论研究框架,通过对下属员工在内在激励、心理授权、理想化的影响力、自我效能以及提高组织创新中的资源协同性等方面的分析,研究外派管理人员领导力如何影响员工创新行为的产生,并分析如何促进跨国公司的组织创新,对探讨现阶段中国跨国企业如何科学认识和运用外派管理人员领导力、提升组织创新竞争优势具有理论和实践意义。 International experience is the effective path which senior expatriate forming global leadership. Senior expatriate leadership belongs to transformation leadership. This paper built the theoretic framework, analyzed how senior expatriate leadership to affect the employee and organization innovation behaviors through on the aspects of intrinsic motivation, psychological empowerment, ideal influence, feelings of self-efficacy and resource for collaboration. This paper explored Chinese multination how to recognize and make use of senior expatriate leadership for improving the organization innovation, and has an important significance on the theory and practice.
