摘要
针对某小学单跨框架校舍的走廊栏板出现多处裂缝的问题,受委托对该建筑进行健康诊断,采取回弹法对混凝土强度进行检测,并且通过对构件的扫描确定配筋情况,发现部分构件存在混凝土强度不足和箍筋加密长度不够等多种建筑病态。经抗震鉴定分析,提出改变结构体系的修复方案,并对不符合规范设计要求的原有构件采用外粘型钢的加固方法,取得了较好的使用效果。
Entrusted to run the health diagnosis on the corridor sideboard of a primary school single - bay trame braiding, we take the rebound method for testing concrete strength, scan the components to determine the distribution of reinforcement, and find that some components have many quality problems such as lack of concrete strength and length of hoop reinforcement. By analyzing the seismic evaluation, we put forward the rehabilitation program to change the structural system, and use the external adhesion steel to reinforce the original components that did not meet the standard of design, thus to get a satisfactory effect.
