摘要
以14名散打运动员为实验对象,将核心稳定性训练理论引入散打项目力量训练实践中,结合散打项目专项技术特点对其进行为期12周的核心稳定性训练,对训练前后一次上步后手冲拳、一次上步后鞭腿、15s连续后手冲拳、15s连续后鞭腿、15s连续拳腿组合力量等核心力量指标进行对比研究。结果表明,实验组训练效果好于对照组,核心稳定性训练对实验组散打运动员的核心力量提高显著,核心稳定性训练优于传统力量训练,是今后散打项目力量训练的发展趋势。
This paper takes 14 Sanda athletes as study subjects, bings the core stability training theory into Sanda strength training combined with the special technical features. After a 12 -week core stability training, before and after the training, the results showed that the experimental group has a better effect than the control group training, core stability training athletes in the experimental group. The core strength of the athletes in experimental group have significant increased, which shows the advantates of core stability training compared with the traditional strength training,. It also shows the future trend of strength training of Sanda.
