海南黎族学校体育师资现状调研报告

Research Report on the Current Situation of PE Teachers in Hainan Li Nationality Schools

通过文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计等研究方法,对海南黎族学校体育师资现状进行了调查和分析,结果表明:海南黎族中小学体育师资存在专职教师数量不足;学历和职称偏低等现象。为加强海南黎族学校体育师资队伍建设,提供了相应的对策和建议。

By means of literature review, questionnaire and data statistics, the paper investigates and analyzes the current situa- tion of the PE teachers in Hainan Li Schools. It turns out that there is a great shortage of the qualified PE teachers in Hainan primary and middle schools of Li nationality. Furthermore, the majority of these teachers have just achieved poor education and professional title. To strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the Hainan Li Schools, some corresponding counter- measures and suggestions are proposed for reference for the departments in charge of education.
