我国旅游索道的市场分析与经营管理研究

Study on the market analysis and management of tourist ropeway in China

我国幅员辽阔、地形复杂多样,众多的山地旅游景区和滑雪旅游地为旅游索道提供了广阔的发展空间。同时,随着我国大众旅游时代的到来,在旅游景区外部大交通体系日益完善的同时,旅游景区内部交通仍存在运力不足、服务质量欠佳和安全性较差等问题,导致旅游索道的数量和质量都无法满足国内外游客的交通和体验需求。基于这样的背景,在总结近年来我国旅游索道研究现状的基础上,从供给和需求的角度,对我国旅游索道的市场现状进行整体分析;对旅游索道经营管理中最重要的服务管理和安全管理进行研究,通过案例分析与事故统计,总结了我国旅游索道服务管理和安全管理存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

China has a vast,complex and varied terrain,and many mountain tourist attractions and ski tourism destination provide a broad development space for tourist ropeways.Meanwhile,with the arrival of the era of mass tourism,although the external transport system of tourist attractions is beco ming increasingly sophisticated,the internal transport system of tourist attractions still has some problems such as insufficient capacity,poor service quality and poor security.Therefore,the quantity and quality of tourist ropeway are unable to meet the traffic and experience requirements of domestic and foreign tourists.For these reasons,on the basis of sum ming up China＇s tourism ropeway research in recent years,from the perspective of supply and demand,the paper analyses the market situation of China＇s tourist ropeway in general.The paper studies the most important service management and security management in the tourist ropeway management.Through case studies and accident statistics,it summarizes the main problems of service management and security management in China＇s tourist ropeway,and puts forwards the corresponding countermeasures.
