输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石44例分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石的疗效。方法 44例肾下盏结石患者在在X线定位下通过输尿管软镜寻找到结石,使用钬激光碎石机将结石打粉碎为直径<3 mm的碎片。结果41例均一期成功完成输尿管软镜碎石术,术中出血2例,输尿管狭窄1例,留置双J管1~2周后再次成功完成手术。手术时间为40~90 min,平均(65.4±12.5)min。44例拔除双J管1个月后查B超及X线腹部平片,提示无泌尿系结石残留,或残留结石直径<3 mm。结论输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术处理肾下盏结石具有安全及有效的特点,可作为直径≤2 cm肾下盏结石治疗的一线选择。
