摘要
农药和医药有诸多共性之处,同属于具有特定生物功能的化学品,具有相似的理化性质与毒理学特征、基本一致的研究开发过程和类似的登记管理制度;在造福人类的同时也都可能因使用不当而对环境生态造成不良影响。害物防治和动植物健康关乎人类健康,而用于害物防治和农作物保护的农药,对保护人类健康来说,与医药同等重要。
Pesticides and pharmaceuticals share many commonalities.Both technologies target particular biological functions,with characteristics of similar physical property and toxicology as chemicals.They have an almost identical approach to RD,and undergo a similar registration process.Both,if misused,may have adverse effects on human health,environment and non-target organisms,while contributing to human.It is concluded that pest control,plant and animal health are vital to human health,and that pesticides used in pest control and crop protection,as with pharmaceuticals,are vital to maintain human health.
