战时后方经济的若干关系

The Relationships of the Rear-Area Economy during Anti-Japanese War

对战时后方经济的认识涉及若干经济关系。一是围绕战时后方经济领导体制而形成的中央与地方经济关系，这一经济关系带有明显的地方经济中央化和中央经济地方化的两重特征。二是战时经济与平时经济之间的关系，从中可以看出地方经济史与抗战经济史在概念与视角上存在的某些差异。三是战时经济的区域关系。由于战时经济的影响，传统的长江上游经济区经历了战时后方经济区到战后西南经济区的调整与变动。

(3) The district relationship of wartime economy, the traditional economic zone of the upper reaches of the Yangtse rove undergone the adjustment and alteration from wartime rear-area economic zone to the postwar southwest economic zone due to the influence of wartime economy.
