摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+乙腈+水(体积比为56∶24∶20)为流动相,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm波长下,对试样中的乙嘧酚磺酸酯和腈菌唑同时进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,乙嘧酚磺酸酯和腈菌唑的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.09和0.04;变异系数分别为0.43%和0.48%;平均回收率分别为99.94%和99.65%。
A method was introduced for separation and quantitative analysis of bupirimate and myclobutanil by HPLC on C18 column with UV detector at 230 nm,and the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol + acetonitrile + water with the volume ratio of 56∶24∶20.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of bupirimate and myclobutanil were 0.999 8 and 0.999 7,the standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.04,the variation coefficients were 0.43% and 0.48%,and the average recoveries were 99.94% and 99.65%,respectively.
