摘要
建立了一种采用高效液相色谱法测定4-氨基-6-特丁基-3-巯基-1,2,4-三嗪-5(4H)-酮含量的分析方法。采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈+水(体积比为2∶3)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为28℃,检测波长为285 nm。方法的线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.1389,平均回收率为99.70%。方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性相关性好的特点。
A quantitative analysis method of 4-amino-6-tert-butyl-3-thiol-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one was developed by HPLC using acetonitrile and water(V/V=2∶3) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.A C18 column was used with the column temperature of 28℃ and the detection wavelength was 285 nm.The linear correlation coefficient was 1.0000,the standard deviation was 0.1389,and the average recovery was 99.70%.The method was convenient,fast and accurate with good separation and linear correlation.
