摘要
百菌清中间体间苯二甲腈生产过程中要排放大量高浓度的含氨和氰化物的废水,处理难度大。常规方法处理这类废水时,往往采用在低pH条件下先将氰化物氧化分解,再在高pH条件下吹脱或蒸氨的办法进行处理。研究提出了1种处理氨、氰化物废水的新技术——气态膜吸收技术,利用氨和氰化物酸碱性的差异,从废水中分别回收,实现了污染物的资源化,同时该技术具有处理效率高、能耗低、无2次污染物等优点。
It was a challenge to treat wastewater containing high concentrated ammonia and cyanide during the manufacture of 1,3-dicyanobenzene,an intermediate of chlorothalonil.The general methods for treatment of such wastewater were oxidizing and decomposing cyanide under low pH condition followed by blowing off or evaporating ammonia under high pH condition.We provided a novel technique which was called gas membrane absorption for treatment of the wastewater contaminated by ammonia and cyanide compounds.The compounds were recycled based on the difference of their acid-base properties,respectively.The technique could realize recycle and utilization of waste compounds,and was high efficiency and low energy-consuming without extra pollutants.
