蓝芩口服液治疗巨细胞病毒感染合并听力损害的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Lanqin Oral Solution in Cytomegalovirus Infection Complicated with Hearing Damage

目的:研究蓝芩口服液对巨细胞病毒感染合并听力损害的干预作用。方法:2011年10月1日至2012年6月31日新沂市人民医院60例确诊为巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染合并听力损害的患儿,随机分成更昔洛韦治疗组(对照组)和蓝芩口服液治疗组(实验组)各30例。对照组诱导期应用更昔洛韦治疗,尿CMV DNA转阴后即维持期应用更昔洛韦巩固维持治疗;实验组应用更昔洛韦诱导治疗2周,快速降低体内病毒载量,2周后应用蓝芩口服液巩固维持治疗。所有患儿连续治疗观察4～6个月,主要观察每组患儿尿CMV持续转阴、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)恢复情况。结果:治疗观察随访4～6个月,所有患儿BAEP均逐渐恢复正常,两组治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蓝芩口服液对巨细胞病毒感染合并听力损害有一定疗效,无明显副作用。

Objective： To study the intervention effect of Lanqin oral liquid on cytomegalovirus infection complicated with hearing impairment. Methods： Sixty children diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection with hearing impairment in the People＇ s Hospital of Xinyi City between October 1st, 2011 to June 31st, 2012 were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into the ganciclovir treatment group （the control group ） and Lanqin treatment group （the experimental group ）. In the control group, children were treated with ganciclovir during the induction period. After urinary CMV DNA turned negative （the maintenance period）, gancielovir was still applied to consolidate maintenance treatment. In the experimental group, children were applied ganciclovir to rapidly decrease the viral load for 2 weeks induction, and after that, Lanqin oral liquid was applied to consolidate maintenance treatment. All the children were treated and observed continuously for 4 - 6 months. In each group, the children＇ s urine CMV turned negative constantly and how brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） recovered were mainly observed. Results： After observation and treatment were followed up for 4 - 6 months, BAEP in all children gradually returned to normal. The data showed no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Lanqin oral liquid has certain curative effect on cytomegalovirus infection complicated with hearing impairment and no obvious side effects.
