电解质及血糖检测在低Apgar评分新生儿中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究不同程度新生儿窒息患儿血清电解质及血糖的变化特点。方法:根据病情严重程度将83例新生儿窒息患儿分为轻度窒息组49例和重度窒息组34例,以56例正常新生儿为对照组,比较三组患儿血清电解质及血糖差异。结果:经q检验,轻度窒息组与对照组间、重度窒息组与轻度窒息组间血糖、血钾、血钠、血氯、血钙、血镁比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);三组间血磷比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。新生儿窒息患儿低血钠、低血氯、低血钙较常见,血镁也随窒息严重程度的加深而降低;血糖在窒息早期降低,而后有随窒息程度的加深而升高的现象。结论:新生儿窒息治疗过程中应密切关注电解质、血糖的变化。 Objective: To study the changing characteristics of blood glucose and serum electrolytes in newborns with different severity of asphyxia.Methods: Eighty three cases of neonatal asphyxia patients according to the severity of the disease were divided into a mild asphyxia group(49 cases) and a severe asphyxia group(34 cases).The control group had 56 cases of normal newborns.The differences of serum glucose and electrolytes in the three groups were compared.Results: By the test,there were significant differences in Glu,K,Na,Cl,Ca,Mg between the mild asphyxia group and the control group(P〈0.05),between severe asphyxia group and mild asphyxia group(P〈0.05).There was no significant differences in Phosphorus among the three groups(P〈0.05).In the two asphyxia groups,hyponatremia,low serum chloride and hypocalcemia were relatively common.Blood magnesium was decreased with deepening asphyxia.In early asphyxia,blood glucose was decreased.With deepening asphyxia,it was increased.Conclusions: The changes of electrolytes and blood glucose in the course of treatment of neonatal asphyxia should be paid close attention and taken appropriate treatment.
