119例头孢菌素皮试阳性患儿重新认定结果分析

The Recognition Results of Children with Skin Test-Positive to Cephalosporin: A Report of 119 Cases

目的:探讨仅凭头孢菌素皮试阳性能否认定患者对头孢菌素过敏。方法:在备好抢救措施的前提下,对119例头孢菌素皮试阳性患儿进行重新认定。结果:96例(80.67%)患儿重做皮试后呈阴性,使用头孢菌素类药物无1例出现过敏性休克。结论:对首次单纯为头孢菌素皮试阳性的患者可进行重新认定,结果阴性者可试用头孢菌素;不能仅凭皮试阳性就简单地认定患者对皮试药物过敏。

Objective： To explore whether patients can be identified allergy only by positive cephalosporin skin tests results.Methods： In the preparation of rescue measures,119 cases of patients with skin test-positive to cephalosporins were recognized.Results： The results of the redone skin tests of 96 cases were negative.No anaphylactic shock happened after using cephalosporins.Conclusions： Patients with cephalosporins skin test-positive can be recognized.If the result is negative,cephalosporins can be tried.Positive cephalosporin skin tests results cannot be simply identified to those patients with cephalosporin allergy.
