摘要
以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物改性沥青荧光显微分析过程中荧光显微图像的采集与处理方法为研究对象,讨论了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物改性沥青显微图像获取过程中的影响因素以及对显微图像进行处理时所采用的主要手段和注意点.通过具体实例给出了图像采集的最佳放大倍数、曝光时间的确定方法以及显微图像质量的灰度直方图评价方法,确定了显微图像进行量化表征之前进行景深扩展、图像增强、对象分割、目标分离等一系列处理方法的标准步骤和进行目标分离时改性粒子的区域选取原则,为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物改性沥青荧光显微图像量化研究提供理论依据.
Acquisition and processing of fluorescent microscopic images for SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) modified asphalt were investigated.The effects on microscopic image acquisition process,the primary means and notes of the microscopic image processing were discussed.The optimal magnification,the method for determining exposure time and the evaluation method of gray histogram were proposed by concrete examples.The standard procedures of expansion depth of field,image enhancement,object segmentation and object separation processing before the quantified characterization were determined,and the principle of modified particles selection in target separation was also proposed.
