摘要
目的:探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、CD31在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测30例肝细胞肝癌组织及相应癌旁正常肝组织中ET-1、MMP-2、CD31的表达。结果:ET-1蛋白、MMP-2蛋白、微血管密度(MVD)在正常肝组织及肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。肝细胞肝癌组织中ET-1、MMP-2、MVD的表达差异与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度有关(P均<0.05);但与患者的年龄及性别无关(P>0.05)。肝细胞肝癌组织ET-1、MMP-2阴性组的MVD值较阳性组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:ET-1、MMP-2的高表达及MVD的增加与肝细胞肝癌的发生和恶性发展有关,与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度有关。
Objective:To examine the expressions of ET-1,MMP-2 and CD31 in liver cancers,and discuss the significance of their expressions.Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of ET-1,MMP2 and CD31 in 30 normal liver tissues and 30 liver cancers.Results:The different expressions of ET-1,MMP-2 and MVD in normal liver tissues and liver cancers had a statistically significant difference(P0.01).The expressions of ET-1,MMP-2 and MVD in liver cancers were positively related to clinical stage and differential(P0.05).But no statistical differences were found between them with age and sex(P0.05).MVD in negative expressions of ET-1,MMP-2 were more lower than in positive groups(P0.05).Conclusions:The expressions of ET-1,MMP-2,MVD were associated with the degree of liver cancer malignancy.The high expressions of ET-1,MMP-2,MVD were correlated with clinical stages and differential degrees in liver cancers.
