水平井水力喷射与小直径封隔器联作压裂技术在长庆低渗油田中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对低渗透油藏水平井分段压裂破裂压力高、压裂液窜层及改造成本高等难点,提出了水平井水力喷射与小直径封隔器联作压裂技术,研制了与139.7 mm(内径为124.3 mm)套管相配套的K344-108型小直径封隔器,并设计出了压裂钻具组合。该工艺在控制成本的基础上,能防止压裂液窜层,提高分段压裂有效率。在水平井QP-13井的现场应用表明,该工艺具有施工效率高、增产效果显著的特点,对长庆油田低渗透及超低渗透致密油藏的开发具有重大意义。 To overcome the difficulties of staged fracturing in horizontal wells in lowpermeability reservoirs, such as high break down pressure, fracture fluid channeling and high reconstruction cost, the fracturing technique combining hydraulic jet with smalldiam eter packer is brought forward. The smalldiameter K344108 type packer is developed to match O139.7 mm casing ( internal diameter is 124.3 mm ) and the fracturingdrilling tool assembly is designed. Studies have shown that on the basis of cost control, the technique can prevent fracture fluid from channeling and improve the efficiency of staged fracturing. According to the treatment to the horizontal well QP13, the technique is significant for developing lowpermeability and ultralowpermeability tight oil reservoirs in Changqing oilfield with its high operating efficiency and observable stimulating ability.
