新型吸水树脂微球的制备及封堵性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 聚合物微球作为深部调堵剂应用于油田调剖堵水方面,取得了较好的效果,但其油藏适应范围仍有一定的局限性。设计合成了新型丙烯酰胺、双丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯四元共聚吸水树脂微球,并进行了微球的粒径及封堵性能研究。性能评价实验表明:合成的树脂微球粒径在微米级,数量大,球度一般;温度越高,微球膨胀速度越快,矿化度越高,微球膨胀速度越慢;温度升高,树脂微球溶液黏度降低,浓度增大,树脂微球溶液黏度增大,在60℃、浓度3000mg/L时微球溶液黏度不大,剪切变稀,注入性好。岩心封堵实验表明,微球对地层有良好的封堵性,封堵率高达(80-90)%,能有效封堵中高渗地层。该树脂微球具有矿场应用价值,建议进一步进行粒径优化及强度优化,以满足现场需求。 As indepth profile control and oil displacement agent, polymer microspheres have achieved good effects. However, mierospheres has limitations in sphere of application. In this paper, new absorbent quadripolymer resin mierospheres were designed and synthesized by acrylamide, bisaerylamide, acrylic acid and butyl acrylate, and the particle size and plugging performance of resin microspheres were studied. Performance evaluation test shows that the synthetic resin microspheres are of micron magnitude of particle, large quantity and moderate sphericity; the higher the temperature is, the greater the swelling rate will be, and the higher the mineraliza tion is, the lower the swelling rate will be. The solution viscosity of resin microspheres is in inverse proportion to temperature and in direct proportion to concentration. Under the condition of 60 ℃and the concentration of 3 000 mg/L, the viscosity of the microspheres solution is not high and presents shearthinning characteristic, which ensures a good ability of injection. The core plugging experiment shows that the microspheres can plug medium to highpermeability oil reservoirs effectively with a plugging ratio of 80%90 %. The resin mierospheres have a potential value in field application, and we can proceed with the size optimization and strength optimization in order to meet field requirements.
