摘要
本文从数字化、网络化、交互式研究、读者多元化四个角度分析了高校图书馆知识个性化需求的特点,通过分析个性化服务与知识管理的关系,调研和对比中外高校图书馆在个性化知识管理上的差距,从改革管理架构,提升馆员素质,建立分享型文化,做好与读者的关系管理方面提出了促进高校图书馆个性化服务的建议。
This article describes personalized demand from the digital, network, interactive study ty of readers in university library , analyzes the personalized service in the knowledge management of , the pluraliuniversity library, compares the personalized knowledge management gaps between domestic and foreign university libraries, and finally puts forward suggestions about how to promote the university library service for personalized demands by reforming the management structure, improving librarians'quality, establishing shared culture, and conducting good management of the reader's relationship.
