摘要
探讨了反应温度、反应时间、原料摩尔比对烷基化反应中苯酚转化率的影响。由正交实验结果确定烷基化反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度95℃~100℃,反应时间2 h,原料摩尔比n(苯酚)∶n(二异丁烯)=1.8∶1.0。实验结果表明,随着苯酚转化率的提高,对-特辛基酚纯度由95%提高到99%,凝固点由78℃提高到83℃。
The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of raw materials ( phenol to diisobutylene ) on the conversion ratio of phenol in the alkylation reaction were studied. By orthogonal experiment, the optimum process conditions of alkylation re- action were determined: reaction temperature was 95℃ - 100℃, reaction time was 2 h and materials ratio ( phenol to diisobutylene) was 1.8: 1.0. The experimental results showed, with the conversion rate of phenol increasing, the purity of p-tert-octyl phenol was increased from 95% to 99%, and the solidification point was increased from 78 ℃ to 83 ℃.
