随着人民法律意识的不断提高,舆论民意对热点案件的关注度逐年提高,民意对司法公正的监督作用也日益凸显。有观点认为舆论民意的参与是对司法的干预,但事实上民意对于司法公正的作用是助推而不是干预。

With improvement of popular legal consciousness,attention of popular will to the hot case is increasing year by year,and the function of its supervision on judicial justice is increasingly remarkable.Some views show that the participation of popular will is interference into judicature,while its function is rather perfection than interference.
