摘要
MWH外热式直立炉出焦采用水封出焦机方式,因排出的半焦(兰炭)含水量过大,环境污染严重,带来很多问题。将其改造为干法出焦,采用传动系统带动双翻板阀装置出焦,以降低半焦含水率,节约成本,减少维修费用。
MWH external heat vertical retort is taken water seal to coke. It brings many problems for high water content of semi-coke and severe environment pollution. In this paper, the author took dry method to coke and drive line system which was used to lead double plate valve in order to reduce water content of semi-coke, save cost maintenance expenses.
