The author briefly introduced main technical parameters of double span bridge screw unloader, and analyzed reasons of frequent faults of car unloader, sight dead zone, faults of security chains box and inefficiency of production. Then, the author put forward improvement measures, and introduced using effects, economic effectiveness and social effect after improvement as well as advantages compared with similar equipments.
