摘要
介绍了PVC工业用热稳定剂的研究现状,详细论述了PVC热稳定剂的混配试验,并分析了试验结果,研究了2-苯并咪唑基-ω-苯基亚2-丙烯基乙腈(BPAN)和一些工业用稳定剂混配后对硬PVC热降解稳定效率的影响,得出了如下结论:苯并咪唑基乙腈衍生物,特别是BPAN,是硬PVC耐热降解的有效稳定剂。
The author introduced research status, and expounded mixture tests of PVC industrial thermal stabilizer. Then, the author analyzed test results, and researched effects of 2-Benzimidazolyl-ω-phenyl 2-Propenyl Acetonitrile and industrial stabilizers mixture to thermal degradation stabilization efficiency. The results showed that benzimidazolyl-acetonitrile derivative, especially BPAN, was efficient stabilizer of hard PVC thermal degradation.
