摘要
高频细筛是近年来选矿厂使用的一种分级设备,因其能以严格的几何尺寸对矿物颗粒进行分级,所以其筛下粒级均匀,从而给下段选别作业提供一个良好的分选条件,使选别作业的技术指标得到提高。分析了高频细筛在铁矿选矿工艺流程中的应用实例及其效果,将高频细筛应用前后技术指标进行了对比。
The high-frequency fine sieve is grading equipment which is used for concentrator in recent years. Because of its strict geometrical size grading of mineral particles, so the sieve under uniform grain size, which sorting job to the next segment to provide a good separation conditions, so that the sorting operation of technical indicators improved. In this paper, the author analyzed applications and effect of high frequency sieve in selecting iron ore, and compared anterior-posterior technical indexes of high frequency sieve.
