摘要
研究了由环保型淀粉酶、果胶酶和酸性纤维素酶组成的复合酶液对棉机织物前处理的工艺条件、复合酶液中各组分对酶活性的影响,通过实验确定了最佳工艺条件为:碱性果胶酶:24%,酸性纤维素酶:1.5%,中温淀粉酶:3.5%,浴比:1∶15,pH:6.5,时间:60min,温度:65℃.
In this paper, the influence of complex enzymes containing amylase, pectinase and acid cellulose enzyme, and their treating conditions on the activity of the enzyme are studied. The results show that the optional treating condition is that the amount of alkaline pectinase is 24%, acid cellulose enzyme 1.5%, temperature amylase 3.5%, bath ratio 1:15, pH 6.5, time 60 min, and temperature 65 ℃.
