A New Method for Progressive Rate in Measurement Technology

本文把投入和产出看作是相互联系、相互影响的和开放的反馈系统 ,揭示了总产出与投入要素之间的生产函数关系 ,资本的边际生产力与资本投入量和单位劳动产出之间的资本技术函数关系 ,劳动的边际生产力与劳动投入量和单位资本产出之间的劳动者素质函数关系 ,建立了生产系统函数 。

Based on the mutural relationship and influence,and opening and back feeding system between the input and output in production, this paper delineates the fuction relationship betweenoutput and input factor, the function relationship among the production force of capital limitation and volume of capital input and capital technolgy of productive rate,the fuction relationship among the production force of labour limitation and volume of labour input and element of labours.It,therefore brings forth the function of productive system and the formula for progressive rate of masurement technology.
