摘要
文章分析了应试教育情况下教育方针“虚化”的原因 ,指出素质教育的精髓就是知识、能力、素质的协调发展。作为师范院校 ,实施素质教育的关键是构建知识、能力、素质的科学体系和评价系统 。
This paper studies the reasons of the emptiness of educational policy,points out that the essence of quality education should develop students' knowledge, ability and personality in proper ways.At the teachers' college, the key to carry out quality education is to set up a scientific system of knowledge, ability and personality and a system of appraisal,and then to make an initial probe for theses systems.
