伽玛刀治疗脑动静脉畸形92例的临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 脑动静脉畸形（AVM）是一种先天性局部脑血管发生上的变异，在病变部位脑动脉与脑静脉之间缺乏毛细血管，致使动脉直接与静脉相接，形成了脑动、静脉之间的短路，产生一系列脑血流动力学上的紊乱，临床上可表现为反复的颅内出血、头痛、部分性或全身性抽搐发作，短暂脑缺血发作及进行性神经功能障碍等，严重威胁患者的生命安全和生活质量。
