社会工作机构作为凝聚社会工作人才资源,提供社会工作专业服务,传递社会福利的平台和载体,在社会工作发展过程中具有非常重要的作用。上海社会工作机构发展起步较早,领域广泛,整体呈现出"政府强力推动、社会自主运作、多方合作促进"的特征,但也面临着资金、人员、社会认知等方面的问题。应进一步加强支持与服务,以促进上海社会工作机构科学发展。

As the carrier of gathering social workers , providing professional services, and transferring social welfare, social work organizations plays an important role in the social development. Through the analysis of the development path and the status of social work organizations, we found some problems need to be solved , such as financial status, social cognition and scarcity of human resources. We should strengthen the support and services to promote the development of social work organizations.
