在华跨国公司企业社会责任评价体系构建——基于慈善公益的视角 被引量:2

摘要 在华跨国公司对国民经济的快速稳定发展发挥重要作用的同时,也应该承担更多的社会责任。为梳理企业社会责任体系,提高全面责任竞争时代下的在华跨国公司企业综合竞争力,基于慈善公益的视角,在借鉴国内外相关学者的研究成果上应用AHP方法构建了在华跨国公司企业社会责任评价指标体系,并确定指标权重。在指标体系中,环境责任、慈善捐赠和志愿服务是指标体系衡量的重点,本地化战略和社区建设成为企业社会责任国际标准的重要组成部分。 Multinational corporations in China should have more social responsibilities while they play an important role in the rapid and stable development of China. In order to sort out the corporate social responsibility system, and improve the overall competitiveness under the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, the corporate social responsibility standard system of the multinational corporations in China is built, and the index weight by using AHP is determined based on the charitable view and drawing on the related research achievements. In this system, the environmental responsibility, the charitable donations and the volunteer service are the focus of the indicator system and the localization strategy and the community building become the important parts of the international standards of the corporate social responsibility.
