Clarifying Capability Basis in Organizational Improvisation

在文献述评基础上对组织即兴的内涵进行了系统梳理,进而对已有组织即兴分类方式进行分析与比较,区分了不同情境下组织即兴的类型,并从组织能力的微观认知机制出发,分析了组织运作能力和动态能力的性质,探讨了不同情境下组织即兴活动的能力基础。

On the basis of extant literature,this paper clarifies the connotation of organizational improvisation systematically and analyzes and compares various categories of organizational improvisation.The paper distinguishes the categories of organizational improvisation according to various situations and draws the conclusion from the microfoundations and cognitive mechanisms of organizational capabilities to differentiate the nature of operational capabilities and dynamic capabilities.Finally,the paper clarifies the different capability bases in disparate types of organizational improvisation.
