2型糖尿病合并冠心病与炎性因子的相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation Between Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Coronary Heart Disease andInflammatory Factors

【目的】探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并冠心病（CHD）与炎性因子的相关性。【方法】按是否合并CHD，将2009年1月至2012年6月怀化市第二人民医院收治的176例T2DM患者分为观察组（n=75）与对照组（n=101），观察组患者为合并CHD患者，对照组患者为未合并CHD患者。检测两组患者的C反应蛋白（CRP）、白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-a（TNF-a）水平，并采用Pearson法分析观察组患者上述炎性因子的相关性。【结果】①观察组外周血CRP、IL-6、TNF-a水平均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。②观察组患者外周血CRP与IL-6呈正相关（P＜0．05），IL-6与TNF-a呈正相关（P〈0．05），TNF-a与CRP呈正相关（P〈0．05）。【结论】T2DM合并CHD患者外周血存在高水平的CRP、IL-6、TNF-a，且上述3种炎性因子之间呈显薯的正相关。

[Objective]To explore the correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） with coronary heart disease（CHD） and inflammatory factors. [Methods] According to with or without CHD, 176 T2DM pa- tients admitted into Second People＇s Hospital of Huaihua City from Jan. 2009 to June 2012 were divided into observation group（ n = 75） and control group（ n = 101）. The observation group was T2DM patients with CHD, while the control group was T2DM patients without CHD. The differences of C-reactive protein（CRP）, interleukin-6（IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-a） in peripheral blood between observation group and control group were analyzed by U test. The correlations among these before-mentioned inflammatory fac- tors in observation group were analyzed by Pearson methods. [Results] CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in peripheral blood of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0.05）. In observation group, CRP in peripheral blood was positively correlated with IL-6（ P 〈0.05）, and IL-6 was positively corre- lated with TNF-a（ P 〈0.05）, and TNF-a was positively correlated with CRP（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in peripheral blood of T2DM patients with CHD are high. There are positive correlations among above three inflammatory factors.
