On the Superiority of Socialism Road of Chinese Characteristics to the Economy Mode of Soviet Union

中国特色社会主义道路已经实现了对苏联经济模式的超越。在经济体制层面,把社会主义基本经济制度与市场经济相结合,找到了中国经济发展的内在驱动力;在对外经济发展战略层面,坚持独立自主同参与经济全球化相结合,使对外开放成为助推经济持续增长的强大外部力量;在经济发展方式层面,坚持发展速度与发展质量的统一,从粗放发展向集约发展转变;在经济发展目标层面,把提高效率与促进公平相结合,坚持以人为本。

The socialism road of Chinese characteristics has surpassed the economic mode of Soviet Union in many aspects. Concerning economic system, by combining the essential socialist economic system with market economy, the internal driving force has been evoked, which is suitable for Chinese economic development. Concerning the foreign economic development, by insisting on a combination of self-reliance and participation of global economy, a powerful external force has been invoked in the opening-up policy, which propels the sustainable economic development. Concerning the mode of economic development, by persisting in the har- mony of developing speed and quality, the economic development has transformed from loose extensive growth to an intensive one. Concerning the economic development target, by a combination of increasing the effectiveness with promoting justice, people-centered policy has been enforced.
